Day Two

Day One's goals:
1) Complete the discovering your Markets Worksheet: DONE
2) Complete three discovering your markets surveys
3) Get thank you cards made up for Brian and Jeff to deliver tomorrow for their time: DONE

So I got two of my three goals accomplished yesterday. Not too bad in my mind.

Today we are going to cover a little bit of Cam philosophy. The other day I was reading a book titled Awakening the Giant Within by Anthony Robbins, which is a fantastic personal production/self help book. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to propel there personal productivity and/or professional life to new levels. Reading this book enabled me to shift my paradigm when it comes to life planning. Instead of changing the details to try and alter the end game, it is much more efficient to picture the ideal endgame and begin lining up the details to match. What this means is, instead of planning your days, weeks, and months with a vague sense of where you want to go, it is better to have a concrete idea of where you want to be, then simply use this destination as a filter for your decision making process.

In order to accomplish this I thought to myself, what are the things in life I want that would make me happy? Essentially, if I had X then I would want for nothing in life and be totally content. My list of things I want in life that would totally fulfill me as a person are as follows in no particular order

1) I want to be healthy
2) I want to be fit
3) I want to be wealthy
4) I want to have great relationships with the people I love
5) I want to have a great relationship with God
6) I want to be eloquent, well read, and well educated

I realize that if I had these six things than I would want for absolutely nothing. This is a very empowering thought because all of these things are very attainable. The way I am going about ensuring that I do arrive at this destination at some point is I ask myself a simple question before I make any decision. How will this decision impact my arrival to my six pillars of happiness? Does this decision move me closer to where I want to end up in life, or does it move me away from my intended goal?

So with that thought in mind here are my daily goals...
1) Complete three discovering your market surveys
2) Work out
